There is a new scam that is affecting banking customers across the country where customers receive phone calls that appear to come from the Bank’s phone number. Scammers may try to trick you into giving them your online banking credentials, or a one-time passcode that is sent to your phone or email.
BankGloucester will NEVER ask you for your username, password, or One-Time Passcode. You should never provide this information to anyone by phone or email and avoid clicking on any links sent by text or email. To learn more about how to identify fraudulent activity and scams, click here.
